Red Angus

Lundgren Angus Ranch Reds began with the birth of our first red calf in the spring of 2013. The roots of our red program can in many cases be traced back to some of the same lines we have had success with in our Black Angus herd. We have purchased females and bulls from some of the top Red Angus herds in the breed including Wedel Red Angus, R.A. Brown Ranch, Ludvigson Stock Farms and Bieber Red Angus. The demand for Red Angus cattle, coupled with over 2 decades of Blake's involvement with the breed, is the driver behind our aggressive plans for building our red program in the coming years.
